Support Independent Living (SIL)

Holistic Care SA’s SIL services are designed to provide those that are living with a disability to live in a home and be as independent as possible.  This can be in a shared accommodation or independent home with 1:1 ratio whilst receiving daily living supports.

Our SIL services also include 24/7 daily living supports with trained staff, domestic assistance, provide personal care, community participation, support in grocery shopping and support with creating new social networks.

Our team will endeavour to work closely with Participants and their Family and/or Representative to determine the best supports in a person-centred approach and develop their plans around individual needs, personal interests and preferences.

We currently providing five properties with SIL support in Salisbury North, Smithfield and Andrew Farm.  There is currently 1 property available in Salisbury Noth.  This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is partially furnished in a quiet suburban setting and is available with 1:2 support.  Currently with 1 male resident, a great option for those looking for independence with the right level of assistance.
