Our Supports and Services
Holistic Care SA provides range of services to meet the needs for you and your family. For any new services, we adapt the approach of “meet and greet” so that we have the opportunity to get to know you. We will first discuss your goals set out in your NDIS plan, needs and preference of services, this will enable us to get better understanding of you and how we can assist you.
The information that we obtained from you at the initial meeting will be documented in the participant support plan, this will be reviewed and confirmed with you before we commence services. We understand we all have a unique personality; we will match our support worker’s skills and personality to meet your needs accordingly.

We provide a range of services, whether you want in home services or community access, our qualified support workers will be able to provide you the support.
We provide the following services and support:
Community Access
Assistance with shopping, attend family/family events, attending school or workplace.
Personal Care
Assistance with your daily activity including showering, dressing, hair care, shaving and toileting, eating and drinking.
Domestic Assistance
Assistance with general house cleaning, eg vacuuming, floor cleaning, ironing and washing.
Meal Preparation
Assistance with your preparation of meals and with feeding in conjunction with your support plan.
Medication
Assistance may be given to dispense medication from a Dosette, Webster pack and original containers.
Respite for Carers
Provide respite in your own home.
Support Coordination
Support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to community, mainstream and other government services.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Provides supported accommodation services to people living with a disability who wish to live independently with the support from trained staff to help the participant to achieve better life and meet their goals.
High intensity Supports
Holistic Care SA can also provide high intensity support to participants with complex needs. Additionally, to the participant support plan, a health care plan will be developed outlining the support activities.
Only support workers with additional qualifications and experience will provide the support to participant with the complex needs. Please call us if you wish to discuss how we can support your complex needs.
